Elevation Worship receives two RIAA certifications

Grammy Award-winning contemporary worship collective Elevation Worship has just received two music recording certifications—awards to indicate a substantial number of copies sold for a specific song or album—for their songs “Worthy” and “Graves Into Gardens”.

“Worthy”, a 2018 album track from the collective’s seventh live attempt, Hallelujah Here Below, has received a Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) gold certification, which denotes an accumulation of at least 500,000 copies sold within the United States. The song, written by members Chris Brown, Mack Brock, and Steven Furtick, has become Elevation Worship’s tenth song to receive the certification.

“Graves Into Gardens”, a 2020 single led by worship leader Brandon Lake, has also received a certification. The song was awarded by the RIAA with a 2× platinum certification, indicating as many as 2,000,000 copies sold within the United States. “Graves Into Gardens” has become Elevation Worship’s sixth 2× platinum certification, and Lake’s second (third, if “Hard Fought Hallelujah” is included, which was certified RIAA platinum twice for two different editions of the song).
